Penelope Stipanovich Stipanovich

Originally from Toronto, Canada, Penelope Stipanovich began her real estate career in New York City, having sold hundreds of luxury condominiums.

With a discerning eye for design, along with over 15 years of experience in retail and 20 years in real estate Penelope brings a unique perspective. Having personally bought and renovated numerous properties in Los Angeles, Penelope's understanding of the construction and design process makes her a valued advisor to her clients.

Penelope has worked with buyers and sellers all over Los Angeles, including but not limited to Silver Lake, Echo Park, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock, Mount Washington, Highland Park, Glendale, the Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, Mar Vista, and Venice. Her main focus is to help potential buyers and sellers make informed decisions and ultimately realize their real estate dreams.

Penelope speaks fluent French and Greek and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.
